I must say that I have to agree with him. I’ll be so glad when this election’s over as I’m fed up with political ads on TV, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls & text messages & campaign leaflets in our letter box. They don’t give a toss about the general public at other times but as soon as they need our votes to keep their jobs…..

We’re in an election, too. They promise us everything now, but when they get elected we get nothing. They serve their friends and cronies, not the average person.

So true Peter. They look after the wealthy & the Corporate Giants who make big donations to their political parties in return for political favours. Robin Williams once said “Politics: “Poli” a Latin word meaning “many” and “tics” meaning “bloodsucking creatures”
